Same-Day Dispatch Policy
Our team aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Please note during sales periods (Mother's Day, Father's Day, End of Financial Year, Black Friday and Christmas) and marketing campaigns this can fluctuate to up to 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding Australian public holidays).
Need it ASAP? Simply select 'Jump the queue - same day personalisation and express postage' for guaranteed same day processing and dispatch Monday-Friday.
Pickup from our studio is not currently available. If you need same day delivery in NSW, please jump on live chat or send us an email.
Shipping Policy
Australia Post is Australia's most reliable postal service. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any transit delays or factors outside of our control. You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please ensure you have your item delivered to a safe location to ensure it is not stolen. MONT LAURÉNT will not be held responsible for stolen parcels. At checkout, you also have the option to select signature on delivery for piece of mind.
If your order has been returned to sender because it was not collected in time, the recipient will need to pay for the parcel to be resent to you.

Please note international orders may be subject to delays outside of our control. Please ensure the recipient is required to be at home to accept the order. The recipient is responsible for all customs declarations. MONT LAURÉNT will not be held responsible for any unclaimed deliveries.

Where is my order shipped from?
We dispatch orders from our monogram studio on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia.
Who do you ship with?
All orders are sent using Australia Post and Australia Post and DHL for international orders.
I wasn't home for my parcel delivery - what do I do?
Please ensure someone is home to receive the parcel during business hours. Some postal carriers require signature on delivery and if no one is at the delivery address, the carrier will leave a collection card. Please ensure you pickup the parcel within 7 days before the item is returned to us. Please select an address that is safe to deliver - MONT LAURÉNT are unable to accept responsibility for stolen goods or parcels that have not been collected in time. If the product is returned to us, you will need to pay a re-shipping fee.
What countries do you ship to outside of Australia?
We currently ship to the United States, Dubai, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada and Singapore.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my international order?
Please note that orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties depending on your country's import requirements. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and local charges.
MONT LAURÉNT does not accept responsibility for any delays or extra fees by customs and duty offices. Customers are required to provide any additional information from customs if requested, Mont Laurent are unable to do this on your behalf but can assist with any requested information.
